Swedish Oat Cookies
Half cup butter
One cup sugar
Two cups Quaker Oats
Two egg whites
Melt butter and mix well with sugar and oats.
Fold in stuffly beaten egg whites.
Bake on parchement at 375 until edges are brown.
Edges should be lacy and crisp with chewy oat center.Other Places to go:
