Strawberry Ice Cream Pie
The perfect summer dessert; cool and sweet and no cooking required!
1 cup milk
1 pint strawberry ice cream, softened
5.1 oz. pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
9-inch graham cracker crust
In a medium mixing bowl, combine milk and ice cream until smooth. Add dry pudding mix, and beat with an electric mixer about 1 minute until just blended. Pour into pie crust. Chill until set; about 1 hour.
Note: Garnish with sliced, fresh strawberries if desired.Other Places to go:
