Schinkenfleckerin (Noodles with Ham)

WHAT YOU NEED:
1/3 cup butter, or margarine
one medium onion, minced
3 cups cubed, cooked, ham
4 cups (8 oz.) medium egg noodles, cooked
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. caraway seeds (opptl.)
WHAT YOU DO:
Heat butter, or margarine in a large skillet. Saute onion until soft and golden. Add ham and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add remainder of the ingredients and toss together. Cook for another 5 minutes, or until thoroughly heated through. Stir frequently. Serves 4Other Places to go:
