Sloppy Joes from Campbell's Kitchen


Prep/Cook Time: 15 min.
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 cup V8® 100% Vegetable Juice *
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 hamburger rolls

Directions:
COOK beef and onion in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. ADD vegetable juice, ketchup and Worcestershire. Heat through. Serve in rolls. Makes 5 sandwiches. *Also delicious with Calcium Enriched V8® or 100% Vitamin A, C

This classic favorite loose-meat sandwich mixture is also delicious spooned over cornbread wedges. Whether in a bun or over cornbread, Sloppy Joes are delicious with deli coleslaw and oven-fried potato wedges. Cut pieces of warm fruit pie for dessert, and offer with ice cream.
