1Lb SMALL SCALLOPS
1LB BACON
1 STICK BUTTER
1CLOVE GARLIC
1LEMON
1BOX TOOTHPICKS OR KABOB SCURES

MELT BUTTER OVER LOW HEAT, CHOP GARLIC FINE AND ADD TO BUTTER, ADD JUICE OF LEMON AND SET ASIDE

COOK BACON JUST UNTIL DONE BUT NOT CRISPY (IT HAS TO BE FLEXIBLE FOR NEXT STEP)

WRAP BACON AROUND SCALLOPS SECURE WITH TOOTHPICKS OR KABOB SCURES

GRILL OR BROIL 10 MINS OR UNTIL DONE TURNING ONCE

RE-HEAT BUTTER AND SERVE ON THE SIDE SERVES 4-5
