Cornbread Dressing
Corn Bread
4 or 5 Slices Bread
Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup onions
1/2 cup celery
2 or 3 eggs
Poultry Seasoning
Salt and Peper
Break corn bread into a large bowl, pour hot broth over and stir until soupy. Saute onions and celery in a small amount of broth until tender.
Break the bread slices into a seperate bowl. Pour the onion and celery mixture over the bread. Add eggs and beat with a hand mixer. Add more broth if needed. Blend the two mixtures together- mix thourghly- add seasonings to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.Other Places to go:
