Pumpkin bars 2 c sugar 4 eggs 2 c pumpkin (1 can) 1 c oil 2 c flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp soda 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice dash of salt nuts if desired mix all in gredients togeather in a large bowl and pou into greased jellyroll pan. bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees test with a tooth pick until it comes out clean. frost when cool. Frosting 3 oz cream cheese, room tep. 3/4 stick oleo 1 tsp milk 2c powdered sugar mix well until creamy. frost on cool cake.
