Healthy and Delicous Fruit smoothiee
ingredients: Fruit(bannanas,strawberries,blueberrys,etc)
milk
yogurt(fruit on the bottom or any kind)
crushed ice cubes
blender
ice cream or sorbet(optional)
Wash and peel fruits. put them in blender and puree until a liquid. add ice with it. Next, add a small amount of milk and a regular sized container of yogurt. Blend until the consistancy you want. Add ice cream at this time. Serve in a tall glass with a strawberry on the side. Enjoy!!!!!Other Places to go:
