Baked Cheesy Macaroni and Cheese

2c. elbow macaroni
1/4c. butter
12 oz. can evap milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs
pepper to taste
2c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2c. shredded american cheese

Cook and drain macaroni as directed. Return to pan. Whisk evap milk, eggs, mustard and pepper. Add to macaroni with cheese. Cook til cheese is melted. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake 350 for 30 minutes, may want to stir occassionally.
